Assorted Colors: Minimum assortment per color is 100 pieces and must be in even increments of 100 pieces (sorry, no exceptions).
Less Than Minimum Charge: $60.00(G) plus first column price. Only select items within the catalog are available at less than minimum quantities. Absolute minimum is 50% of the first column quantity.
Overrun Production Samples: Must be requested and included with original order and cannot be added after a ship date has been assigned.
Blank Goods: We require a minimum of 3 full production days to ship out blank kits. Orders received before 5PM PST will ship 3 business days from the day the order is received. Orders received after 5PM PST will be assigned as received the following day. Blank/Unimprinted product sales are final. Returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances (sorry, no exceptions!).
All sanitizer products include an ingredient label on reverse side.
Please note: Masks fit faces differently according to each individual facial structure. Innovation Line makes no claims about exact fit as each mask varies in size just as each individual facial structure varies. If facial fit is critical, the buyer assumes all responsibility for confirming fit requirements prior to order placement. Mask Sales are final and returns not accepted & discounts will not be issued. Face Masks are each individually hand-sewn, which will result in slight size variations that cannot be avoided. Returns cannot be accepted for any reason on any mask product, as none of the before mentioned are considered defects. Washing instructions: Wash prior to use. Hand wash or machine wash cool, line dry only. Only ground freight shipping at regular published rates, are available in the continental U.S. for hand sanitizers. However, if expedited shipping is required a $50.00 fee per box will be charged as hazardous materials (sanitizers) documentation is required, ONLY FedEx carrier allowed for expedited shipping. Hand Sanitizers shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico automatically require hazmat documentation and a $55.00(G) charge per box fee. For spot color imprint: Small shifting of imprint cannot be avoided when printing. As each product is manufactured and printed individually, up to 3/16" movement in logo alignment may occur. Hand Sanitizers are intended for individual use and cannot be compared one to another. Small bubbles in vinyl label cannot be avoided as labels are applied manually and cannot be perfectly aligned on bottle or compared one to another or order to order. Clear ingredients label on back will be visible through the front and may make imprint difficult to read. Thin lines and small text are not recommended.
